YoMM sessions for young kids
Songs, rhymes, and rhythms… games, and expressive movement… All of these can engage children in joyfully exploring the many forms of hatha yoga, and help them learn to create a sense of calm alertness in their own bodies and hearts. These sessions are full of music and laughter, and can be adapted for children from 2 to 5 years old.
