Explore and extend your range of motion in a supportive environment, learning ways to adapt classic yoga asanas for a variety of needs. Yoga forms can be practiced seated in chairs, or moving from standing to sitting to lying down–depending on the needs and wishes of the students.
We can work with the physical forms of yoga, breath, and mindfulness meditation to help create a sense of well-being and even joy in the midst of physical challenges and experiences of loss and change.
